My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and quiet, but in great need of updates, and unfortunately, my floor was under complete construction. The service was top-notch with friendly and professional staff, although the dining options were not very appetizing. The location was ideal, close to the downtown area but marred by panhandlers. Despite some drawbacks, the hotel did provide good value for the money.
